I've written extensively about Sandra's Wedding over the past few years. In Northern Powerhouse (2017) and Frame Yourself (2020) they have recorded two of the finest Indie albums in decades. With a sound sandwiched somewhere between The Housemartins and The Beautiful South and with a frontman, Joe Hodgson, who can go toe-to-toe with lyricists of the quality of Ray Davies, Elvis Costello or Billy Bragg, it's a massive honour to feature the group on Have Yourself a Merry Indie Christmas.
